Min Order - 12.500mt on Commodities and Urea...
Prices - All Prices are in U.S. Dollars - Prices are net to you Please add a Reasonable Commission (see below)
Commissions - Reasonable commissions allowed to be added to price if agreed upfront......otherwise $1mt is basic.
Documents Needed To Get Started and Get a Price Quote - LOI/BCL ......or ICPO
Inspections - SGS inspection at seller expense done at time of loading
Payment Forms - DLC, FF, SLC, BG or revolving can be arranged. 100% sight, Transferable, irrev., div., unencumbered from prime bank or confirmed by prime bank.
POP - POP against the POF is done bank to bank - NO POP (SGS, BL,etc) WILL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO SIGNING FINAL CONTRACT.
Performance Bond - Just 2%. - Industry Standard
Previous References - No Previous References (Client's or Yard/Plant Info, AQSIO Number or Bill of Lading Etc)
Buyers Contract - At no time will a seller use a buyer's contract....it just isn't done. The seller contract is approved and ready to "go". The seller's all have their own approved contracts and that is what must be used. The owner of the product is the Seller so therefore it is the Seller who determines the Terms and Conditions under which he sells his product...that does not mean that some minor negotiations and amendments can't be made when the draft contract is sent to the buyer.....
Samples Policy -
Samples are not used in International trade
for the following reasons:
1. NO SAMPLE WILL EVER BE
FROM THE SAME BAG, BATCH, SILO, CONSIGNMENT, ORDER OR SHIPMENT.
2. ANY SAMPLE IS EASILY FABRICATED AND DOES NOT REPRESENT A TRUE SAMPLE OF WHAT
WILL BE RECEIVED IN A SHIPMENT.
3. A SAMPLE CAN EASILY BE DAMAGED BY HEAT, MOISTURE, HUMIDITY DURING TRANSPORT,
LOSE SOME OF ITS OIL CONTENT, PROTEIN CONTENT, MOISTURE CONTENT & APPEARANCE
ETC.
4. NO BUYER SHOULD EVER BASE THEIR DECISION ON A SAMPLE.
5. THE BUYER SHOULD BASE THEIR DECISION ON THE IRREFUTABLE PROOF OF PRODUCT THAT
IS PROVIDED BY THE SELLER'S PRIME BANK WHERE TWO PRIME BANK OFFICERS STAKE THEIR
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL CAREERS AND REPUTATION OF THE BANK ON CONFIRMING IN
WRITING -BANK TO BANK THAT THE SELLER IS KNOWN TO THEM, THE SELLER OWNS THE
PRODUCT, THE SELLER HAS SHIPPED THE PRODUCT AND CAN ALSO DELIVER THE PRODUCT AS
PER THE SPECIFICATIONS IN THE CONTRACT. NOTHING LESS SHOULD BE ACCEPTABLE TO A
BUYER.
6. EACH AND EVERY SHIPMENT IS CHECKED AND INSPECTED AT THE PORT OF LOADING BY
S.G.S. THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT ITSELF ARE COMPARED WITH THE
SPECIFICATIONS MENTIONED IN THE CONTRACT AND IF THE SPECIFICATIONS DO NOT MATCH
EXACTLY THE SHIPMENT IS NOT PASSED BY S.G.S. & NOT SHIPPED.
7. PROOF OF PRODUCT IS BANK TO BANK AND CERTIFICATION BY S.G.S. AND NEVER
ON A SAMPLE BASIS.
